Our client, one of the UK’s leading self storage companies is currently seeking a Full Time (37.5 hours) Customer Service Supervisor for their Ashford Centre.

Reporting directly to the Centre Manager the primary objective of the role will be to maximise business revenue through the provision of excellent customer service to both new and existing customers, identifying business leads and selling the range of services and additional products / promotions.

In order to be considered candidates applying need to have excellent proven customer service experience, the drive and capability to achieve targets, the flexibility to fit into a ‘varied hours’ rota and the ability to work well in a team or alone.

Candidates also need to be PC literate and have excellent numerical skills as cash handling will be an every day duty and due to the nature of the business a Counter Balance FLT Licence will be an advantage.

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary, bonus payments for targets achieved plus the usual benefits and the opportunity for career development.

£12,500+ bonus OTE £15,500 + Bens.
