Hi, I'm looking for an easy going person (M or F) to share a 3 storey Victorian terraced house that's been recently renovated. I'd prefer someone who's looking for somewhere for at least 6 months. The house is a 10 min walk into the town centre and is on the bus route-the location is attached on the tab above.

The room is ready to move in and has a double bed, wardrobe and 2 chest of draws and a small desk. The rent includes bills-gas, electricity, water, TV licence and council tax.

The house has a lounge with an open fireplace, TV/DVD player which you will have full access to. There's also wireless broadband in the house. The kitchen has a range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a large Victorian style roll top bath.

Rent is preferably per calendar (although weekly or fortnightly payment considered) with one months deposit required. No DSS or HB. I'd be happy to have tame pets in the house (I'd love a cat but am not around enough) and smokers are fine, provided you smoke o/s.
