Vacancy Description
Our Client a rapidly growing maintenance company needs an extra administrator to join their busy and dynamic team.
Working between 8am and 5pm this busy department will need a team player with a flexible attitude happy to help out wherever needed.
Primarily working on the help desk answering reactive maintenance calls, creating job tickets, checking the message pad for overnight call outs that happened, Update and Close jobs on MIS system as well, Allocate work to engineers, Review outstanding jobs each day to try and get them completed, Liaising with Sub Contractors to complete work, Chase closure/completion reports from Engineers, Printing outstanding jobs reports, Allocating PPM works, General administrative duties for managers including preparing reports.
This varied role will be demanding and suit a strong candidate with a flexible attitude.
Candidate Requirements
Strong MS office skills
Corporate office experience
Good written and spoken English
Solid Administration background within a maintenance company/department
