The successful applicant will have experience in a high volume, branded food operation and will be able to demonstrate a passion for food with a proven track record of delivering great quality through excellent leadership.

What are we looking for?

Our Kitchen Managers are responsible for the training and development of their people, the quality of food and the financial performance of their kitchen. In order to fulfil this role you must have:

• Kitchen Manager level experience in a high volume, branded environment.
• A passion for delivering great food and the attention to detail that ensures every single guest leaves with a burning desire to return.
• The enthusiasm and charisma to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to ensure that all profit margins are maintained.
• Skills necessary to ensure that all health & hygiene regulations are met at all times
