Looking for Management

Hi - hopefully i've now got your attention I'm looking for a job (aren't we all!)

I'm currently employed full time in catering management, but my job and my employer do not stimulate me.

My background is - management in pubs and bars, holiday parks, nightclubs, hotels etc etc. I suppose you could say that I am a jack of all trades. However I AM a master of some of them to.!
I am very versitile, proactive and forward thinking. I am not afraid of any challenges at all.
My ideal position would be General / Deputy Management - hospitality/catering - within a progressive company who are prepared to exploit current experience but nurture new experience and training.
I have excellent customer service skills, with what I think is the unique ability to communicate with people of all levels - whether it be a community pub or a 5 star hotel.
I have a public school background - don't let that put you off - but served as a squaddie in the Army - work that one out.
I am loyal and honest, and would like an employer that I can commit a long term future to.
I have all the various qualifications eg. Personal License Holder, Food Hygeine, First Aid and many more. I have a CRB check - but please do it again
I can read profit and loss accounts and budgets like the back of my hand.
I have experience with numerous type of EPOS systems etc etc.

I am well presented, well spoken, but most of all just a nice guy who is trying to better himself and search for employment which is suitable all round!

Location isn't really an issue - salary - well just lets say i'll work 24/7 if you look after me.
