Vintage Inns – Kent

We are looking to recruit Assistant Managers for the Vintage Inn brand in and around the Orpington & Dartford areas. We require passionate, committed and dedicated individuals to lead our businesses in the absence of the Manager. You will have the ability to lead and drive our teams from the front by ensuring that standards and guest service are at the forefront of your mind. Experience in a high volume branded pub/restaurant is preferable but not a necessity. We build our business on people and personalities so if you have these people skills then Vintage Inns is the right place for you.

Who are you?

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, as well as getting involved in strategic activities such as setting targets and driving local marketing campaigns. You will enjoy the buzz of running shifts and love spending time setting and reviewing goals for your team members and supervisors.

Our Assistant Managers need to:

• Be passionate about Guest service and standards
• Have experience in management, ideally in a branded, hospitality environment
• Be enthusiastic about food and hands-on in the kitchen
• Be willing to learn our IT systems and be heavily involved in business controls
• Enjoy the buzz of running shifts
• Enjoy spending time setting and reviewing goals for your team members and supervisors
• Be ambitious, wanting to further your career in management in the future
