Do you have a passion for people, and a desire to help others to enter or return to work? Have you previously worked in a professional sales recruitment environment? Do you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle? If so, then this is the perfect role for you. As part of our Employability Team, you’ll help our clients enter or return to the workplace by finding suitable vacancies, work placements and training routes. Your outgoing and approachable nature will enable you to build strong relationships with local employers and develop an excellent understanding of the local labour market. But that’s not all – your ability to listen to our clients, often facing difficult circumstances and understand their motivations will help you to match these opportunities enabling them to achieve their goals – now that’s job satisfaction. No two days are the same. You could be using your skills to match clients to suitable opportunities, going out to meet employers to identify placements or permanent positions, representing the JHP Group at exhibitions or catching up on the paperwork. To meet your targets you’ll need to be highly motivated, organised and able to use your own initiative. To achieve personal targets by providing opportunities for progressing people into sustained employment via progression routes as per the contract.
This will be done by:
 Sourcing employer vacancies directly or through JCP LEP requirements.
 Sourcing Work Placements.
 Sourcing suitable progression routes such as apprenticeships and FE.
 Working with colleagues to develop and run employer focused job entry programs.
 Matching individuals to sourced vacancies/progression routes
 Ensuring the majority of customers access further skills provision.
 Produce realistic but stretching individual learning plans with the objective of progressing the learner into employment and/or further education/training
 Provide IAG to employers on managing individuals and placements effectively
 To support engagement activity by working with referral agencies to secure starts onto programmes
