The Role:

Assisting the General Manager in operation of a high quality unit
Helping in all front and back of house systems
Working in this restaurant-led gastro environment!
Being hands on wherever possible with all parts of the business
Assisting in developing and motivating a large team of staff
Liase with operations team, build sales and develop the business

The right Deputy Manager must:

Be Fun, friendly and outgoing and be passionate about customer service and delivering this to the highest standard. You must be keen to work in an environment where quality service and standards come before costs and paperwork.
