You must understand how to create,progress and secure confirmed instructions.

Land experience preferred but intensive training to those who can secure confirmed instructions.

You will be supplied with leads and trained to create your own leads.

Attractive Realistic earnings potential.

If you secure confirmed instructions and the land and property proposals are sold you will be paid a commission of:

Site value £500,000 Your commission: £2,750

Site Value £1 Million Your Commission: £5,500

There are not many land or property development proposals with a site value of much less than £500,000.

Initially,you will assist me to convert land leads into sales instructions.Your pre-agreed commission is paid when the land or property is sold.

Immediate start.

Must have car.
