Can potential landlords that advertise on Gumtree please remember that people are looking for homes for a reson, not to be messed about I recently have been stood up by someone claiming to want to let a house by private tenancy then decide that after saying they didn't want an agency involved asking me to go through an agency just becasue myself and a member of my family are looking for a property at the same time!

So I am asking, if you want to let out your property please decide what you want upfront instead of messing potential tenants around. I for one will not be going via gumtree for future lettings, and will be going via a agency as i am fed up of being messed around
