As a Unit Manager, your main responsibilities involve the delivery of our operational targets to a consistently high standard. These are:
• Brand and Customer Service audits
• Sales and Key Performance Indicator targets
• Financial targets & wage controls
• Management Control and Health & Safety audits

The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated a range of abilities and behaviours which are vital to Delivering Great Results:

• You will have a will do attitude and ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded consistently.

• As a leader, you will be visible, providing direction, motivation and support to your team and will communicate effectively to ensure understanding.

• You will move your business forward by planning and organise your resources and activity and will show where you have acted and made decisions in a fast moving and changing environment.

• You will demonstrate where you have generated commercial ideas and opportunities to improve business performance and where you have developed your own and others’ performance.

Salary up to £20,000 per annum
