HVAC Project Manager required to work for a Mechanical Building Services Contractor in Kent that specialise within the fast track fit out market. They offer clients a co-ordinated package of design & build services, providing value-engineering expertise across the spectrum of Mechanical Building Services. Working within the commercial fit-out market they undertake the delivery of projects valued from 10K to £1m working mainly within the London and South East area. Reporting into a Director you will be tasked with the management of multiply projects through every stage of the construction process from award to completion and final account, full duties will include:

- Client & Consultant Liaison,
- Development of program of works,
- Procurement of material's & labour,
- Management of project to ensure time frames are achieved,
- Financial Management through to final account to ensure profitability is achieved,

Candidates wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate recent relevant experience working as either a Mechanical Project Engineer or Manager within the UK Building Services Industry. You will be capable of managing multiply projects to a value of 300K and will have gained experience in the delivery of fast-track projects within the Commercial market.  

The successful candidate will receive the chance to work with an established contractor that have thrived in 2009 and look set to expand into 2010, as well as the opportunity to develop your career towards Contract Management and possibly Directorship long-term. You will also be offered the following pay and benefits:

- Salary - 40-50K,
