I am desperately looking to rent a 3/4 bedroom house in Sidcup, Orpington, Swanley area. The only trouble is i recieve housing benefit to help towards my rent and I am finding it hard to find a Landlord that will give me a chance. I have lived in my present property for 9 years and the only reason i need to move is because its above a shop and i am expecting another baby in September and the stairs are going to be a problem with a new baby and a pram! I have two older children of 11 and 9 who are both extremely well behaved. I can provide excellant references and offer a months rent and a months deposit, all i need is a chance!
