Situated in East Sussex near the Kent border, the Coach and Horses is a well-established and family run country pub/restaurant that has retained the 'Michelin Bib Gourmand' award for five years running.
We are looking to take on a Chef de Partie to add to our existing young and ambitious team. You will be working in a lovely part of the country (just north of Brighton) and be surrounded by the freshest and finest local produce.
As you will be working within a small team, it is essential that we find someone with flair, personality and ambition.

What we need:
Previous experience as a CDP would be wonderful but not essential as a junior or commis with drive and confidence looking to push themselves & their career forward would be considered. The ability to work hard under pressure and remain self motivated, either individually or as part of a team, is essential as is a passion & understanding of good food & ingredients
Fluent English
