Receptionist
ThIs 45 bedroom hotel is located just 20 minutes from Victoria Station
The successful Receptionist must be an excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with staff and customers at all levels. The ideal Receptionist must demonstrate good organisational skills and be able to prioritise their workload.
Duties and responsibilities include:
To ensure the reception area is operated in a well-organised manner in order to create a lasting impression to all our customers.
2.To carry out all administrative duties to the company standard.
3.To deal with and follow up all incoming enquiries efficiently.
4.Registration of all customers, meeting legal and policy requirements.
5.To be fully aware of all promotionsY events in The Hotel
6.To build relationships with local companies and organisations to continually build the business.
7.To liase with all teams to ensure customer requirements are met
8.To ensure high standards of Customer Service are delivered at all times.
9.To attend Team meetings
10.To perform any additional duties as required by your manager or Duty manager.
The successful Receptionist must have a background within the industry has well as experience of front office systems (Fidelio, Opera, Hotec), computer literacy and administration skills.
The salary for the role of Receptionist is negotiable
