A luxury country house hotel in Kent, is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Rang for their large, rosetted restaurant.
You will be working within a team in this beautiful restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of restaurant operations and be able to supervise junior members of the team, with energy and enthusiasm.
Previous experience is essential for this position
The benefits uniform and meals on duty, and live in accommodation for a small fee. There are excellent opportunities within this property and to progress your career. The basic salary is £15,000 plus cash tips.
