There is currently a huge demand for garages for people to use for their cars or storage. We are desperately looking for garages to rent out.

We are a garage agent. We rent out your garage in a block and pay you every month the same day the money comes into out account. We have been doing this for a few years now and it has proved a huge success.

We provide all contracts needed for the tenants and also do regular checks to make sure everything is ok. Even if your garages needs repairing we can repair it and subtract the costs from the incoming rent.

We only deal with garages that are in blocks because well you wouldn't want people using the one in your house.

The reason the demand is so high is because to rent a space the same size as a garage in a storage block in about £145-£170 a month compared to only £45 per month with a garage.
