2 bed eot moat housing exchange in strood for your 3 bed similar area
EXCHANGE WANTED............... I have a large 2 bedroom EOT house with double drive in strood for your 3 bedroom house.Only moving as needing a 3 bed as my youndest is Autistic and needing his own room.My house has front,rear garden with patio area and small side garden rear garden has rockery and veg patch with is behind the fence which is a large area enough for a large pool and patio area also has a large patio area to side of house.Drive way for 2 CARS with side gate access into garden. 2 large bedrooms approx 17 x 9 and 15 x 8 large lounge/diner approx 17 x 17 with NEWLY FIITTED french doors to garden, large hall with understairs cupboard and A NEWLY FITTED KITCHEN in walnut and black work tops. I also have cavity wall insulation and new loaf insulation as well.Im also near both schools secondary and infant/junior, train station, towns and motorways and bus stop.... Again only moving as desprately need 3 bedrooms as my youngest is Autistic and needs his own room ive been here for 8 years with lovely friendly neighbours.Must have a reasonably sized garden as 2 large dogs.
