Hello, i'm a guy in my forties who has been diagnosed for about 8 years now and still find life hard from time to time. The problem with this condition is that only people who suffer from it truely realise what its like.
Although my condition is relatively under control these days i still feel the need to share issues with other sufferers who may understand the illness.
I'm looking to make friends in Kent who are bi-polar or who have a family member who is.
