Client Support Manager 25£27k benefits
Based mainly at our clients Head Office in Kent, you will need to be a flexible multi-tasker with excellent client management skills. You will have responsibility for one key client, and for smaller ad-hoc clients.
A car owner/driver is required as some time will be spent at the clients offices and in the field.
Experience within a sales and marketing background is preferred.

Salary: £25-£27k dependant upon experience plus benefits
The role:
To ensure all Operations team tasks are completed accurately, efficiently
To attend Client specific internal meetings in order to understand aims and objectives and to offer effective solutions to meet these objectives
To generate creative and innovative solutions across all aspects of the business in an effort to constantly improve quality and efficiency within the group
To cultivate exceptional client and team relationships at all levels with a view to ensuring client satisfaction
To liaise with other depts to ensure best use of resource and equipment
To cascade internal information to team to ensure everyone is up to date
To analyse working practise and constantly seek to improve delivery level to client
To develop and grow team in order they are working at their peak and attain reasonable career expectations
