Hi I am advertising for my mum who has a large 3 bed maisonette on a estate on the 1st floor. It is in beckenham, close to town, beckenham golf course and park 5 mins walk away. Excellent train links to central london. Primary and secondary schools within 10 mins walk away. The property has communal gardens, and balcony which is closed off down my mums end where she keeps flowers etc. There is a communal laundry room, and your own shed downstairs, where you can keep bikes etc. The poperty has a large newly fitted kitchen, a nice size lounge, Both rooms can fit table and chairs, and a downstairs wc.
